FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You can use any major credit or debit card -- including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover -- to complete an order on Blades.com. We also accept PayPal for your convenience. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders placed with pre-paid credit cards at the moment.

We regret that you're having difficulty placing an order with us. If you're confident that your preferred payment method is properly funded, please ensure that you've entered your billing details exactly as they appear on your financial statements. As a security measure, some attempts are automatically declined by our payment-processing system.

It's likely that the transaction you see reflected in your account activity is just an authorization for funds and not an actual charge. When you place an order, you authorize the system to access your account for funds. If an order is successful, that authorization becomes a charge once it ships. If not, the authorization is released and the funds should return to your account. Depending on your financial institution's policies, it could take 3-10 business days for those funds to become available again. Unfortunately, Blades cannot assist with expediting that process.  

Blades ships orders daily, with the exception of weekends and domestic holidays. Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST from Monday through Friday will ship on the same day. Any orders placed on Blades.com after 3 p.m. EST will ship on the next business day.

All outgoing packages, including sneakers, are boxed and shipped with FedEx. Blades offers FedEx Ground, Express, and 2-Day delivery, as well as International 2-Day shipping. Once your order leaves Blades, you will receive an automatic e-mail with all of your tracking details.

Yes. Blades will use FedEx SmartPost to deliver orders to such addresses.

Yes. If you can add an item to your cart on Blades.com, then it is in stock and available to ship.

Yes. Blades is a retail partner with every brand available on this site. As Blades is an authorized dealer for all brands it carries, all merchandise is 100% authentic. This means that all of our items are provided directly from our vendors and not from any third parties.

No. All transactions with Blades occur only on Blades.com, or in our two retail locations. We do not conduct business or make our inventory availablr elsewhere, including social media, online classifieds, or auction sites.

You may return your merchandise for a full refund, or you may exchange your merchandise for another item within 14 days of your order's original ship date. For more details, please review our Delivery & Returns policy
